Deadbeat: Someone who says that they will send payment for an item, in whatever form, and then never sends the money or contacts me to cancel the sale. Also, someone who promises to send trade items and does not do so, especially if I have already sent my part of the trade. I don't automatically consider someone a deadbeat if they inquire about an item and never respond, or say they want something and then back out. Stuff happens. What does make me mad, though, is when you say you'll send payment/trades and then NEVER SEND ME ANYTHING! or even LET ME KNOW IF THERE'S A PROBLEM. So please don't promise to paypal my $10 and then never do so, because that's when I put you on my list of people never to do business with again.
